How to Link Aadhaar Yourself With Mobile Number

Warning: The last date for linking Aadhar UID with your mobile number is 31st March 2018


















Aadhar is unique identification number Issued by Government Of India in order to empower residence of India with a unique identity, and a digital platform to authenticate anytime, anywhere. So in order to full fill the complete objective of our Govt's mission, There Rises the necessity for linking Aadhar with Mobile Numbers. The deadline is coming close to us by the passage of time. In order to sustain our activities, without loosing our mobile operator connection there is no other way than doing the task as Government planned. So it is now crystal clear that, it is compulsory to link Aadhar with mobile number. It is true that in our day to day busy life, we may didn't get enough time to visit a retail mobile operator showroom to link Aadhar. No need to worry, you are now on the right place. An old adage says, If there is a problem, There should be a solution, but we have to find it. Yes here we found the solution for the problem. Here ends the sufferings of being in a large queue and spending money in order to link Aadhar. Okay let's get into the task:

At first, you have to take your phone and dial 14546 (TollFree) Then follow the instructions,

STEP-1:  Select the respective option weather you are a NRI or Indian.
STEP-2: Next, you have to select the option for linking Aadhar by pressing 1.
STEP-3: Then, Provide your Aadhar Number and press 1 to confirm if you entered correctly.
STEP-4: After this step you will get an OTP at your registered mobile number.(Note: For re verification(If you have provided Aadhar at the time of registering connection) you don't have to follow the upcoming steps, just give the OTP)
STEP-5: Then, Enter your phone number.
STEP-6: After that you have to give consent to your operator to pick your name, photo and date of birth from Aadhar database.
STEP-7: IVR will mention the last 4 digit of your number.
STEP-8: Check that number, and if it is correct then enter your OTP that you have received earlier.
STEP-9: Press 1 to finish the linking process, else if you want to link more then press 2.

MOST MOBILE OPERATORS PROVIDES THIS FACILITY, BUT IF YOU ARE USING BSNL, THEN YOU CAN'T LINK USING THIS METHOD.
